March 1976

Acquisition of property at José de Jesús Esteves Street #7 to establish Aguadilla Office Supply and rental spaces.

June 1979

Business growth leads to the purchase of a lot on Highway 107, km 2.8.

A warehouse for office products and furniture is established, with a residence on the second floor.

Customers could buy directly from the warehouse, avoiding downtown congestion.

June 1980

Opening of Oficentro del Oeste, Inc.

Aguadilla Office Supply operates concurrently until its sale at the end of 1980.

May 1987

Acquisition of 5 acres of land on Highway 107, km 2.2.

Construction of Hotel El Faro begins with 32 rooms.

May 1990

Expansion of Oficentro del Oeste, doubling its size.

Expansion into Mayagüez is considered.

November 1990

Opening of Hotel El Faro.

February 1991

Hotel El Faro joins the Paradores Puertorriqueños program.

July 1992

Expansion of Parador El Faro with 20 additional rooms.

March 1995

Acquisition of the property at Ashford 1110, former headquarters of the Spanish Consulate.

March 1996

Inauguration of Hotel El Consulado with 29 rooms.

May 1997

Purchase of the former Academia Inmaculada Concepción to develop a tourism project.

August 1997

Acquisition of the Redemptorist Priests' House in Mayagüez with the goal of converting it into a hotel.

January 1998

Purchase of Hotel Central in Old San Juan for renovation and repositioning.

June 1999

Expansion of Parador El Faro with 20 additional rooms.

July 2000

Opening of Hotel Mayagüez Plaza with 39 rooms, preserving its history.

January 2003

Acquisition of the former Air Force Hospital in Ramey, abandoned since 1974, to develop a new hotel.

Opening of Hotel Plaza de Armas with 52 rooms, preserving its history.

October 2003

Acquisition of the abandoned Arenas del Mar and Officers Club buildings.

January 2004

Sale of Oficentro Express to focus investments in Ramey.

December 2005

Opening of Hotel Faro Suites with 69 rooms.

February 2006

Opening of the renovated Officers Club, preserving its history.

October 2007

Closure and demolition of Hotel El Consulado to make way for a larger hotel in response to the area's growth.

November 2007

Acquisition of land on Highway 22, at the intersection with Highway 10, for a planned tourism project.

March 2008

Opening of Courtyard by Marriott Aguadilla (Phase 1) with 90 rooms.

July 2008

Inauguration of Phase 2 with a total of 150 rooms and the Ocean Casino.

April 2010

Addition of 12 rooms to Courtyard by Marriott Aguadilla.
